The Feedback Loop From Hell

Today's topic is going to be quite interesting, Because we are going to read about sickness or weakness by which we do many stupid things or the things which are not on our hands, The Feedback loop from hell tell us how stupid we became when we are angry.

So Let's Begin our today's reading...

FEEDBACK LOOP FROM HELL

Almost none of us have ever come across this title, the feedback loop from hell; but without a doubt, every one of us has been through one or the other loop at different times.

Suppose, let's say you have anger problems. you get angry at the stupidest, most insane stuff very easily and you have no idea why. And the fact that you get very annoyed so easily that it starts to make you even more annoyed. and then, pretty rage(very angry at small things), you realize that being angry all the time makes you a shallow and mean person, and you hate it and you're angry at yourself. Now Look at you: you are angry at yourself getting angry about being angry and then yeah! Finally, that wall deserves your fist.

Or you're so worried about doing the right thing all the time that you become worried about how much you're worrying. Or you feel so guilty for every mistake you make that you begin to feel guilty about how guilty you're feeling. Or you get sad and alone so often that it makes you feel even sadder and alone just thinking about it.

Welcome to the feedback loop of hell. Chances are sure that all of us have engaged in it more than a few times. Maybe you are engaging in it right now.

But we need to calm down because believe it or not this is a part of the beauty of being human. It's the luxury of being able to have thoughts about our thoughts. Now the problem lies here; our society today, with the illusion of "hey look my life is cooler than yours" social media, has grown a whole generation of people who believe that having negative experiences- anxiety, fear, guilty, etc. - is not okay. Like just look in your Instagram stories and Facebook feeds, everybody is having a grand life, some six people got married this month! and some kid made billions inventing a wonderful app.

Meanwhile, you are stuck at home scrolling your phone. And then you can't help but think your life sucks even more than your thought.

Back in grandma's days, they would feel like shit and think of themselves but eventually would go back to living happily; but now if you feel like shit for even a few minutes, you're bombarded with 200 images of people totally happy and having amazing lives, and it's impossible to not to feel like there's something wrong with you. We feel bad about feeling bad; guilty for feeling guilty; angry about getting angry, anxious about feeling anxious.

What is wrong with ME?

We have become victims of our own success. Stress-related health issues, anxiety disorders, and cases of depression have skyrocketed over the past thirty years, even though everyone has a flat-screen TV and can have their groceries delivered. 

Nobody knows 'How to be Happy'.

"THE DESIRE FOR MORE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IS ITSELF A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE AND PARADOXICALLY, THE ACCEPTANCE OF ONE'S NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE IS ITSELF A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE"

I will give you a minute to uncloud your mind and maybe read it again: Wanting a positive experience is a negative experience; while accepting one is a positive experience. It's the 'Backward Law' by Alan Watts. Look when you pursue feeling better all the time, the less satisfied you become, as pursuing something only reinforces the fact that you lack it in the first place. The more you desperately want to be rich, the more poor and unworthy you feel, regardless of how much money you actually make. The more you desperately want to be sexier and desired, the uglier you come to see yourself, regardless of your actual physical appearance. The more you desperately want to be happy and loved, the lonelier and more afraid you become, regardless of those who surround you. The more you want to be spiritually enlightened, the more self-center and shallow you become in trying to get there

But then you all with come up with the question that: if we don't desire then how are we supposed to achieve the big goals we marked ourselves, the dreams we wanna fulfill, the achievements we wanna achieve?

Then the answer to every question, every problem, and every situation we discussed above is that: "Everything worthwhile in life is won through surmounting the associated negative experience."

Any attempt to escape the negative, to avoid it or quash it or silence it, only backfires. The avoidance of suffering is a form of suffering. The avoidance of struggle is a struggle. The denial of failure is a failure. Hiding what is shameful is itself a form of shame. Pain is an inextricable thread in the fabric of life, and to tear it out is not only impossible but destructive: attempting to tear it out unravels everything else with it.

The secret to being happy lies itself in the fact that we need to accept every failure, every pain, every guilt, every consequence, and then mark our way towards happiness via dealing with and living every negative thought within. Those pains we undergo through different phases of life are as important as anything good happening in our life, to live life peacefully and happily and to its fullest.

Yet to the end, the feedback loop of hell is a sickness, that will eat you alive. you will be confined to your won petty, skull-seized hell, burning with entitlement and bluster, running circles around your very own personal Feedback Loop from Hell, in constant motion yet arriving nowhere. So, learn to accept and love the very essence of life, your beautiful life.
